So, when\nthere is a big trend (whether globally or in a department) you should\ncommunicate about it and your project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When there is only a small proportion of respondents with an\nissue, you can acknowledge it, but state that there is little business\nviability to make a change because there is little support for this. This shows\nthat you are acknowledging some (or one) person is experiencing this, but\ngiving a reason why you aren\u2019t taking action at the moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can even add that you\u2019ll monitor the\nsituation closely to see if it becomes a bigger problem in the future.
